About

Life of the Phoenix

After 20 odd years of working in the corporate industry, in marketing and events, an idea started taking shape when I realized where my passion lies and that is how The Life of the Phoenix was born. I love to see how events can come to life from beginning to end, and everything in between. It is like taking a seed, planting it, nurturing it and watching it grow into something beautiful.

All events are tailored to suit your requirements and budget. Corporate event services range from teambuilding, corporate wellness days, day and weekend conferences, golf days, exhibitions, mindfulness workshops in the workplace. I also assist with sourcing corporate gifts, gift wrapping and branding.

Your event is my passion, allow me to bring it to life.

Helen

Having obtained a BA Communications degree and a Basic PR diploma, it has become my mission over the years to ensure that I work in my field of study and to love what I do, which I have successfully achieved.

I am a social, people’s person and I have brought my vibrant, easy-going personality into the world of marketing and events. My skills as an organiser and communicator ensure effective and proper execution of the work. I tap into my creative side and bring this quality into my work as often as possible. I am trustworthy, committed and a go getter. I have the knack for attention to detail, which definitely assists in the kind of work I do.

My experience ranges from above the line and below the line advertising, internal and external communication, corporate events of all kinds and sizes, branding, digital marketing, sponsorships, design, budget management and creating marketing plans to name a few. I have also travelled in and around South Africa and into Eastern and Southern African countries.

All the world's a stage,

And all the men and women merely players;

They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
